Deleting Your Facebook Page Can Lower Stress Levels

Millions of people all over the world are deleting their Facebook pages after some celebrities decided to take the action. And apparently, it’s one of the best decisions they have made. It’s proven that deleting your facebook can lift a   BIG weight off your shoulders…
 
According to a new study out of Australia, people who deleted Facebook had lower stress levels after five days than people who kept their accounts.
 
But . . . there is a side effect. The people who got out of the Facebook gulag had lower levels of “life satisfaction” . . . and the researchers think it’s because they lost out on the little dopamine bursts you get when someone likes your posts.
