Join us in a friendship movement for a little boy who is fighting for his life… Meet Jay. Jay is a pediatric cancer patient at Florida Hospital. Within the last year, Jay has lost his grandmother and 4 friends that lost their battle to cancer in the very same hospital.
His mother took to Facebook after the 10-year-old told her that all his friends were gone. She posted, “He said he had no friends because they all died.” And the sad part is, he isn’t entirely wrong.
Jay had been fighting this battle since he was 7-years-old and his mother is asking for help to put a smile back on her sons face. And to make sure that he knows, he isn’t in this alone. We want Jay to know he DOES have friends. And we’re hoping YOU will be a part of the “Say Hey! to Jay” campaign.
The idea is to send Jay letters and cards to let him know that even if he can’t see us, he has an army of friends, who are with him every day, and pulling for him to get healthy.
Send your “Hey to Jay” to 31600 Camp Challenge Rd, Sorrento, FL 32776
